蜂蜜戚風蛋糕(Gâteau chiffon au miel)
好久沒做蛋糕囉。看看烘培用的器具都長灰塵,還有找不到的"給西"。
電動打蛋器居然不在!
為了蜂蜜戚風之慾,手打了半小時的蛋白霜,左右手互換。然而急性子等不到硬性發泡就放棄了。頭一遭用手打做戚風蛋糕,應該要貼撒隆巴斯。
材料:
中間過程,像個巨蛋麵包
20cm自由落體,倒扣蛋糕
成品裂開囉,下次改進。
